Exploring

This little fella is into everything and he is full of energy.
The only speed he knows is full throttle.

He has discovered a new drawer in our house,
it is were we keep all the flash lights.

Lights off and headlamp on,
this is the way he rolls!

The Power of New Shoes.

After being around Beckham for more than 3 minutes, you quickly realize
his LOVE for shoes.
He really has a thing for Pink shoes or High Heels.

Well, last night we headed out to the mall for a pair of running shoes
or something he could wear with sweats or Basketball shorts.
ANyway, He ended up with a pair of Converse ALL STARS.
Which he wont take off.

Apparently when we bought the shoes, we bought
Beck a new BAD ATTITUDE.
My life has been turned upside down.
My sweet little angle has BIG TIME ATTITUDE.
He threw a huge tantrum in the mall and cried
all the way home. SCREAMING, not breathing type of crying.
Today, new day, A hope for the Beck I love to return...

NO. After throwing another screaming fit, I put him
in his crib, with his shoes on.
30 seconds later,
OUT walks Beck. He crawled out of his crib.
Something he has been afraid of since he feel out
and landed on his head, leaving a big goose egg.

Well, with the new shoes he got new courage to
face his fears of the bars that surround him on his crib.
up and over, no problem.

He also had no problem picking up his clothes hamper and
throwing down our stairs, while screaming...
I think this Mamma needs to get herself a NEW pair of shoes
to tackle the fierce attitude being brought her way!

Happy Birthday Beckham!

Two years! I can't believe it, my baby Boy is 2!
They say time goes fast, but this was
all too fast!
As cliche as it sounds it feels just like
yesterday when he was hangin' in the NICU
with all the premie babies.
I am so relived that time is done and over with
but I would like Beckham to slow down and stop growing soooo Fast.

We celebrated the big day yesterday. As soon as he woke up
he climbed in his closet and pulled on his boots. This kid loves shoes!
I had woken up early to get his cake ready. Of course the first try was
a complete flop. I had the cake on the counter
and Beck must have smelled it because he
came tearing into the kitchen and swiped a big
chunk out of the cake.
Breakfast was served!
This year Beck is all about Cars and Buzz Light year.
So of course he had a Cars cake.
It was all I could do to keep him out of it. All afternoon he kept trying to
climb up on the table to poke his fingers in it.

Finally, it was time for his little party.
This kid was lovin life.
With a little help from his cousins, he unwrapped his presents.
You may not be able to tell but he was truly pumped to get this Buzz Light Year toy.
He has been eyeing this thing since Christmas.
Now everywhere Beck goes, Buzz goes as well!
Happy Birthday Beckham.
We love you!

Tea Time

This years tea party was all about the Hollywood theme!

The first thing on the agenda was to make a Music Video...
I wish I had the video to put on here, it was awesome!
Next, the kids had to wait, not knowing what was to come next.
But, the Limo was on it's way to take the kids
to the Mall so they could go on a shopping spree!
You know, TRUE Hollywood style

partying in the Limo

After the mall, Pizza!
There was the best Pizza place that we went to
They had all different types of pizza and they would walk around
and bring the Pizza to YOU!!!
My favorite was the Sour Kraut Pizza.
(I wish I could blame it on being Prego but I love me some Sour Kraut)
Beck Loved all the things he could ride on.
After Pizza, the Limo took all the kids back to the house
where we all the adults acted like Paparazzi
when the kids got out of the limo.

Once inside they all walked the red carpet
and had a photo shoot.
With Headbands on,
Everyone sat around for the tea party

After the tea party the kids were able to
watch their music video, just like a movie premier
and received awards.
The kids were pampered all day long.
I love our tradition of the tea party.
It is suppose to be for the kids but I love every minute of them.
Thanks to all my Sisters and Mom for putting it on
every year. It is time to think of a new theme for next year!

Feelin it... BIG TIME

Who would have thought that such a simple thing like this little trainer could bring so much
joy and pain all at the same time!
It has been MONTHS
since I last sweated my guts out.
Today was the day I ended all of that!
I pulled out my bike shorts and stretched them
to the max as I pulled and yanked them up over my
ever growing thighs and over (okay under) my belly.

I wasn't so lucky with the bike jersey, that thing had little to NO give...
Lets just say, Everyone is lucky I was alone in my basement,
because what I ended up wearing wasn't so pretty!

After about 30 seconds the sweat began to drip off my
forehead and the smile on my face grew as the tunes
on my iPod began to sing to me!

It has been too long and I am a girl who LOVES to feel
the burn and sweat from a good workout.
Sorry Yoga tapes, you may be back in the drawer
until this baby belly will no longer let me peddle my bike.

Aaron, thanks for the Valentines Day gift.
This girl needed WorkOut gear in a BIG WAY!

Welcome to the Family

Today was a long day. I waited all day
to hear the news that we were having a beautiful
little baby girl.

well... That news will have to wait a few more years
if I ever hear those words,
because here at the Winder house

We're having a BOY!
Welcome to the family, CROSBY!
(I'll call him that for as long as I can... Aaron still hates it)
