B update

This little guy is every where and in EVERY thing!
He loves to turn in circles until he is dizzy and falls down.
(which usually makes him mad)
When we go to the store he will grunt at people until they
look at him, then he will scrunch his nose at them.
He still continues to say, "what's this".
Favorite toy at my house, Bread pans and anything that is plugged into
the wall.
He loves licking floor and the front of the fridge...
weird!
He prefers to drink from a straw and not a sippy cup.
If at all possible, he wants to be outside and walking.
No more strolls in the stroller.
He is too big for that!

He loves going over to Sammy's house.
My friend Amy's little boy.
He is almost 3 years old and has WAY better toys and a DOG!
(that's where all the pics were taken by her hubby Brad!)

Learning to share...

Yesterday was a big day for Beckham,
his cousins came over to play!
Love when this happens.
Beck is usually stuck at home with me, all day... BORING.
Hanging with the cousins... AWESOME!

Beck needs a little toughen up
and who better to do it than SOPHIE!
As you can see she won the battle of who got to play
with the balls!

But Beckham had a blast, sharing his toys and
marking his territory.
oh, and Lindsey,
if Annabell ever needs glasses
You can just send me the bill!
At least she's eating a banana. I would like to take
credit for that but I actually tried to give her pop tarts
she WANTED the banana!
What a good kid.

After Annabell and Sophie left Beck was back
to his old ways.
Hanging in the diaper
kicken' back in his favorite red chair!

Lookin' forward to the next party!

Mother's Day

These two handsome fella's made my Mother's Day, PERFECT!
(well, it could have been better if Beck didn't wake up at 6:30 am)
We spent the whole day hanging out with each other. Pancakes for breakfast (Beckham's favorite), Taco spaghetti for lunch(my fave) and I don't remember what was for dinner!! I am sure something Aaron REALLY wanted.
The best part about Mother's Day is actually being a Mom. I love Beckham so much, he is a great kid. I tell him everyday that I am so happy he came to live with us.
Even after he hits me in the face with the flip stick, giving me a fat lip!
But it is true, he gives Aaron and I so much happiness.
Everyday it is something new with this kid!
Right now, he is discovering the art of temper tantrums and
eating all by himself. I am not real sure how to teach him
that he doesn't have to shove the Whole sandwich in his mouth at once!
It is a fun ride and I am glad Aaron and I get to be on it together!
I hope all the other Mother's I look up to had as much fun on their
Mother's Day as I did.
Happy Mother's Day!

First Words

You would think with all the love this kid gets from his Mom and Dad, he would chose to say Mom or Dad as his first word...
Sometimes he makes sounds that sound like Mom and Dad
But he never calls us that nor is he able to say it on demand.
This kid LOVES to say "What's This".
All day, Every day!
As soon as he is pulled out of his crib
his little finger points to the light in his room
"What's this"
It doesn't stop until his little head is back on that pillow at the end of the day.
Oh, Beck...
To think I was dreading the "why" question.

(Old picture from his B-day. I haven't taken photos in awhile)
