Grandpa's Garden

Beckham LOVES being outside,
and the only thing that makes being outside
better is hangin'
with Grandpa Tom Tom,
In the Garden!
Right now, Grandpa is serving all you can eat,
Fresh Raspberries!
Beck prefers taking all the raspberries
and shoving them in his mouth
all at once.

There is something about this kid that makes
people want to give him anything
and EVERYTHING he wants.
He is spoiled....
I guess as long as he is cramming fruit in his
mouth and not FRUIT SNACKS,
I won't complain.
Looks like I need to start gardening.

Month 1

One month...
Feels like I have known this little fella forever!

What was my life like before he was here...
Lots more rest, more free time while Beck Napped.

He is a good little baby, that is until
8:00 pm, then it's on!
this perfect little angel turns into a Monster!
He usually Cry, Screams until about 11 pm
Then it's over, he crashes and we all go to bed.
What's the DEAL!
All day he does great, it's the evening that puts our house
into a complete tail spin.
It's just about the time we're going to rip our
hair out, strand by strand, and
he smiles or laughs or even better,
Closes his eyes!
Crosby, Crosby, Crosby!
We love ya.
sleep or no sleep
we're glad you're here~

2 weeks.. a week late

Crosby is actually a 3 weeks old today but because I am such a slacker,
here are his 2 week check up results.
Height: 22 inches
Weight: 11 pounds
This kid is big!!!

Everyone says he looks nothing like Beck, but sometimes he give me a look
that screams Beckham!
Here is a picture of Beckham, with his baby acne, and it's
true, they don't look a ton alike but there are times
when I can see it. Maybe it's because
I am the Mom.
Since Crosby has been home, I have been fully wrapped up in taking care of him.
He is somewhat of a fussy baby.
Something I am not use to.
So I feel like every time Beck gets attention from me,
it's when he is in trouble.
In fact, he had a friend over the other day
and I heard Beck yelling at him. Just like I yell at him.
It broke my heart. I don't want to always be
Yelling at my kids!
So what did I do... What every COOL Mom
would do.
I bought him a trampoline!

He was so excited! He bounced for hours and he is
turning into a little pro.

I think it's safe to safe this mom will be getting
big LOVES from her BIG Boy for a while.
I LOVE this kid and if he catches onto me
he'll be getting anything and everything he wants!

Crosby and a lot more!

I think I am the worst Mom EVER!
I went to load pictures of Crosby for this post and I really don't have
very many...
A few from the hospital, first bath, cutting cord...
All the gross stuff people take pictures of then wonder
why they took them!

Here is one picture of Beck and Crosby,
Okay more Beck then Crosby but I promise
to snap some pics tomorrow and get them posted!
This past week has been great and busy.
I have had family come and visit which always makes it fun
and my Mom stayed with us until Tuesday which made it
a blast for Beck. She spoiled him to death. That kid got everything
and anything he laid his eyes on.
Needless to say, Grandma is missed at our house.

Here is a pic of Beck and Harper.
Harper is one years old and LOVED the pool.
Beck... well he sat on the side and sipped his drink.
He was trying to catch some rays, through the 50 sunblock!

On the 3rd of July we had our friends Brad and Amy over
to watch Fireworks. My little sister Mikkel put on a fantastic show.

I think Amy was won the best friend award this week,
she came over with a fountain soda and beef stick in hand, just for me!
She knows me so well.
She also is a trooper in holding the baby!

Beck was scared (surprise), even of the lame snakes.
Once we got out the sparklers
he and Sammy had a blast.
Now we are are just trying to figure out our lives
with the 4 of us. It is crazy, exciting, lots of tears and poopie
diapers, with Aaron having this whole week off, it is fun
having a new little one. But I'll keep you posted next week
when I am all alone and I freak out and become extremely overwhelmed!

For now, I am loving being a new mom and having Crosby in our lives.
He entered the world weighing in at 9.11 pounds and 21.5 inches long.
I truly gave birth to a toddler.
