HGTV is often referred to at our house as, Karrie's Porn!!!
Aaron teases me all the time about watching it.
If the tv is on, chances are it's on HGTV.
A couple of days ago my sister Danette and I were talking
and she and her husband also have a thing for
HGTV!
She was telling me about this cute idea for a kids room.
As soon as she started to tell me all about it,
I knew it was going to be my next project.
So THANK YOU DANETTE and HGTV!
It is the pictures on the wall.
It is actually one of Beckham's books.
I tore the pictures out and put them on foam board.
HGTV put theirs in picture frames...
Beck LOVES it, he looks at them all the time and laughs.
He has even figured out a way to climb on the bed
so he can tear them off the wall.
(3m velcro strips are not a tough match for Beck)
Here is a closer look.
It was really easy to do and I love all the colors in the pictures.
As soon as Beck wakes up, this what he gets to look at now.

This kid is one in a million!
Oh my goodness! I love every second of it! So cute! And I love that book too. Pure genius! You guys (HGTV included) are crafty little devils!

It looks really good. I think you picked the best book too. Everyone loves that book and the color is perfect.

What can you do next??
I absolutely LOVE it. I am totally going to "borrow" the idea when I do the boy's room some day. I too love the David Shannon books. Danette introduced us to them years ago.
